3. Use mouthwash
Brushing too much can also be a bad thing because when you brush forcefully and more than four times a day, your teeth might get thinner. This is going to be counterproductive to your oral health. If you want to remove the smell and the remains of your food, then simply use a mouthwash and gargle thoroughly. Rinse your teeth after with clean water just to remove any remaining food and drink particles.
Using mouthwash can be done after your lunch meal and your snacks so you can have fresh breath without having to bring your whole dental kit with you.
